The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the management of this website, with regard to the processing of personal data of users/ visitors who consult it. The information is provided only for the website in question and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through special links. Users/visitors should carefully read this Privacy Policy before submitting any personal information and/or filling in any form on the website.

The "Data Controller"

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), Code on the protection of personal data, the Data Controller is FUTURA S.r.l., with registered office in Via Paolo da Cannobio, 33 – 20122 Milan, in the person of Roberto Manfredi, contactable through the CONTACTS section (link at the top of the page). The same entity informs therefore that the acquired personal data, also with reference to any existing and/or future business relationships, is subject to data processing in compliance with the aforementioned legislation. In relation to the aforementioned data processing, the Data Controller also provides the following information.

Place of data processing

The data collected by the website is processed at the Data Controller’s Head Office, in Via 42 Martiri, 165 – 28924 Verbania (VB).

Types of data processed

This website collects data in two ways:
Data collected in an automated manner.
Data relating to any information concerning a physical person, a legal entity, a public administration body and any other body, association or body responsible for making periodic backups of databases, identification data, traffic data and anonymous data. In addition, browsing data, computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website may acquire, during their normal operation, your personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. It is, however, information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their nature could, through data processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to identify users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily
The site may collect other data in case of voluntary use of services by users, such as comments, communication services (contact forms, forms for sending your application) and will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service.

Purpose of data processing

The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

execution of existing and/or future business relationships with you;
fulfilment of legal obligations related to the above business relationships;
organizational management of any existing commercial relationship and/or in the process of being defined provided that it is connected to FUTURA S.r.l.;
protection of contractual rights;
internal statistical analyses to analyse consumption habits or choices;
marketing activities through the sending of advertising or promotional material related to derivative products or services and/or similar to those subject to the existing commercial relationship;
tracking activities for analysis, saving of preferences and/or user credentials;
sending newsletters concerning the products and services provided by the Data Controller.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in the request forms or otherwise indicated in the section “Contacts” to request the sending of information material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is required as specified below. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the letter. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

Duration of data processing

The data will be processed for as long as necessary during the existing business relationship and for the next ten years from the date of acquisition of the same. It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the party of interest, such data will be deleted by the server at the end of the tenth year.

Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The data provided may be communicated on the basis of the purposes of the data processing and be subjected to processing for the same purposes, where the following subjects are concerned: • Collaborators of the Data Controller; • Subjects external to the Data Controller’s organization that carry out activities related and instrumental and aimed at the management of the contractual relationship, including, trusted personnel, lawyers, experts, business consulting companies, consultants, professional firms, data and service management entities, debt collection companies, entities and bodies that carry out activities of electronic data management and means of payment, companies that perform printing, transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications to customers, documentation storage services and companies specialized in data entry services, provision of IT services, administrative and accounting management services, through subjects appointed by the Data Controller. Personal data will not be disclosed, made available or consulted in any form to subjects other than those indicated or to indeterminate subjects.

Transfer of collected data to third parties

The data collected by the website is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority and in the only cases provided for by law; if it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; to perform security checks or website optimization.

Data transfer to non-EU countries

Visitors/users data is processed in a lawful and correct manner, taking the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data when it is sent. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/ or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, categories of employees in charge of the organization of the website or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers), may have access to data.

Security measures

This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union, for example through the Google Analytics service, which is appointed data controller, processing data on behalf of the data controller. The transfer is authorized according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Italian Data Protection Authority, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield) therefore no further consent is required and the above mentioned company guarantees its membership.

User rights

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and D. Lgs. August 10, 2018, n. 101, the User can, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

Oppose in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication;
request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access);
know its origin;
receive intelligible communication thereof;
have information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing;
request its updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of law, including that no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which it was collected;
in cases of processing based on consent, receive at the sole cost of any medium, personal data provided to the owner, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current provisions of law.
